Yes, subject to agreement at the time of booking. We ask that you let us know in advance to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
The Lodge Umbria is a ten-minute drive from Perugia. The nearest airport is Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi (20 minutes); Rome Fiumicino is about two hours away. Detailed directions are sent after your booking is confirmed.
Flexible cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. For bookings closer to the date, terms are communicated at the time of confirmation.
A 30% confirmation deposit is required at the time of booking; the balance follows the terms indicated by the booking portal. A 20% damage deposit is also required, refunded at the end of the stay, payable in cash at check-in or by bank transfer.
Ground Floor sleeps up to 4 (two double beds), The Loft up to 3 (one double and one single), with a three-night minimum. Booking the entire villa brings it to 10: the 7 beds are joined by the sofa beds, two places upstairs and one downstairs, available only with the whole villa. Five-night minimum.
Yes, the estate has a large private parking area reserved for guests, with an EV charging station always available.
