Data Controller

The controller of the data collected through this site is The Lodge Perugia, based in Montebello, 06132 Perugia (PG), Italy.

For any request regarding the processing of your personal data, you can write to info@auramontebello.it or call +39 075 500 1234.

What Data We Collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide by filling in the contact and booking/event request forms on the site: name, email, phone, dates of stay or event, number of guests and any preferences noted in the message.

The "Check Availability" form redirects to the Kuborental Experience (Kross Booking) booking engine, a third-party service that acts as an independent controller for the data entered directly on its platform: we invite you to review its privacy notice before completing a booking.

The "Request Information" form for private events composes an email (mailto) to our direct address: the data entered is transmitted through your own email client, not through a third-party server.

Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

The data collected is used exclusively to respond to information requests, manage bookings and event requests, and communicate with you regarding your stay. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) or, for any promotional communications, explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

We do not use your data for purposes other than those declared at the time of collection, nor do we share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Data relating to information or booking requests is kept for the time necessary to manage the request and for any period required by tax and accounting obligations following the stay, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights

As a data subject, you have the right, at any time, to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing (Art. 15-22 GDPR).

You can exercise these rights by writing to info@auramontebello.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) if you believe the processing violates Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
